I joined Madinger Wines as a wine consultant because I have enjoyed wine for many years and wanted to learn more about it. I attended my first wine maker dinner held by Madinger’s and became hooked. I followed up the dinner with a series of classes and started viewing wine from a new perspective.
I love pairing wine with good food. Wine and food are such wonderful complements for each other. Wine is versatile and can be enjoyed on many levels. Many wines are even better with food; other wines are better to just sit and sip with good friends. When the right wine is served with the correct dish, both the wine and the food improve and are more enjoyable.
